Bruschetta

Who knew three ingredients and a dip would be so amazing?
Mozzarella (Not the shredded stuff, thats not real. in the ball/wheel)
Fresh basil leaves
Baguette.

& Optional balsamic vinegar for dipping

toast the baguette, whatever way you chose, but make sure its still warm when you;
Cut the Mozzarella, place each piece on a slice of toasted baguette. It should get warm and melt on top of the bread.

Then add basil, either whole, or chopped like we did.

Then dip in the balsamic, and love <3
