Lemon light Bucatini

Ingredients
Salt
1 pound bucatini pasta
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails off
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (recommended: Old Bay)
2 lemons, 1 sliced and 1 juiced
1 stick butter
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup flat-leaf parsley, loosely packed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 cup white wine or white vermouth

Toss your shrimp with sliced lemon and bay seasoning, set aside.

Cook the noodles while you prepare the sauce!
Make the sauce by melting the butter in a pan with the red pepper flakes, and parsley. Let melt for like four minutes. In the meantime add 2teaspoons of olive oil to a sautee pan (Big enough to put your noodles in later!!) let head, and add fennel seeds. Let them cook for a few minutes then add the chopped garlic. Let cook through, add butter mixture and shrimp, let simmer for like five minutes, add pasta, and let heat!
